Prior to his career in real estate, he spent over 17 years as co-owner of a local construction company specializing in new subdivision builds and road reconstruction. Most recently, he served as the general contractor for his own family’s dream home — involved from the initial design to the final finishing touches — further sharpening his eye for detail and quality.

Todd Dawdy is a lifelong resident of Fort Erie and proud to call it home, along with his wife and two sons. Having grown up in Ridgeway, Todd has witnessed the evolution of this vibrant town — always remembering his father’s words: “This is the best kept secret in Ontario, and most of the province doesn’t even know who or where we are.”
Todd’s strong work ethic began early — with five lawn-cutting contracts by age eight and a paper route that lasted well into his teens. He later worked as a groundskeeper at Thunder Bay Golf Course (now home to The Oaks at Six Mile Creek by Blythwood Homes, which Team Zing helped sell out), followed by a landscaping job that helped him put himself through university.
With nearly 15 years of experience running his own business, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge from various sales and management roles. He understands what it takes to succeed — and, more importantly, how to take care of clients. Many of those he’s worked with over the years have become loyal repeat clients and lifelong friends.
Sports have always played a big role in Todd’s life, from serving as an on-ice official in the American Hockey League to coaching youth hockey and baseball in recent years. His deep local roots, strong work ethic, and commitment to community make him a dedicated and trusted Realtor in Fort Erie.
